A safe & inspiring place to heal trauma

The Trauma Healing Summit is where we come together to facilitate healing. It is a day to connect with others, and to share practical tools that actually heal trauma. It is not a conventional presentation or a reiterating of outmoded trauma beliefs. Instead it is interactive and dynamic, bringing together like-minded people to share.

Here we focus on simple tools that are the key to trauma healing: the self- regulation of the nervous system. It involves breath work and yoga, mindfulness, music, even stories from a Pasteur. Participants experience a difference, and in doing so know that they can actively work on their trauma.

We are not only experts but trauma survivors. This provides a sense of togetherness and a safe atmosphere in which to learn, a refreshing openness to mental health.
